Silicone Rubber For Apparel Label THS-1300C

Features & Usage:
THS-1300C is an additional liquid silicone rubber with two components. It showed up good characteristics, such as excellent weatherability, dimensional stability, high transparency, avirulent environmental protection, high-adhesive strength, heatproof temperature exceeds 250C. It is widely used in printing of textile.
Technical parameters:

1. Silicone package: 20KG/pail. Curing gent: 2KG/tin
2. Keep it dry, ventilative and cool. To prevent the rain, sun exposure.
3. Avoid mixing curing agent of condensation silicone. Below also can influent curing effect, such as amine, sulfur compounds, phosphorus compound & melt salt. Avoiding moisture intrusion in using.
4. The products storage period about 1 year. Its fluidity can be recovered when intense agitation. We advised stir the silicone first then stir the silicone & curing agent mixture second. Expired products also can be used if passed re-inspection.
5. This products is a non-dangerous goods.

Applycation:

Printing on the back of the fabrics o get 3D embossed effect by heat mold after high frequency embossing machine .

Easy to release from the mold, high transparency, strong adhesion, excellent softness , no fall off after washing , no shape change.

There is no any color migration on PU/Rubber material.

The embossing pattern was lasting and natural on the leatherware which can save long printing effect.

Operation method:

The mix ratio is 10:1

Thinner adding ratio: 10-40%, depends on fabric and embossing process

Heating temperature:150-190 degree

Normally the upside mold with temperature about 190 degree will better and downside mold with tem 150 degree .

Heating time :8-15 seconds ,depends on the heating temperature.
